Our typical production time is approximately 5-10 business days. If you do not have a shop and would like an estimate of when your order will ship, please send me a message, and I’ll be happy to provide an estimated date. Once your order has shipped, please allow additional time for delivery.

Delivery Times

Please note that USPS is experiencing increased transit times, and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Shipping times can vary, and once your package leaves our hands, delays caused by postal services are beyond our control. For U.S. customers, First Class packages generally take 5-10 business days to arrive, but delays can occur.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

What to Do If Your Package Is Lost

If you've received a tracking number but your package has not arrived or seems to be lost, please start by checking the tracking information regularly for updates or delivery attempts. If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, verify with household members or neighbors to see if it was received on your behalf. If tracking indicates the package has not yet been delivered or appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and request further assistance.

Next, please email us at info@neishashandmadehaven.com with your order details and tracking number. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best solution. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
