Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us regarding a refund. To be eligible, your items must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may send the item back, but please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send your return before receiving our approval, as it will not be accepted. Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including all apparel (since these are made to order), personalized items, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab bags, and sale items. Additionally, we are unable to offer exchanges on apparel items, as they are custom-made. After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your refund has been processed, and it will be credited back to your original payment method.
